Student InformatION

There are two class options available:

The Faith Nurse Aide Training Program (CNA) - The Faith Nurse Aide Training Program (CNA) course is an approved course by the State of Ohio, comprising 75 hours of instruction, which includes lectures, nurse aide skills lab practice, and 16 hours of clinical experience at a state-of-the-art retirement center. The class is held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Background checks and TB tests must be completed before attending clinical rotations. The cost of the program is $500.00.
The Faith Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Program - The Faith Home Health Aide Training program is an approved course by the State of Ohio, comprising 30 hours of instruction. The curriculum includes lectures, home health aide skills lab practice, and a homework assignment. Classes are scheduled on any weekday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The cost of the program is $300.00.

Everything you need to start class and attend clinicals.

Application

The application can be completed either on-site at our facility or via email request to faithnurseaidetrainingprogram@gmail.com.

Identification

Two required forms: An official ID card and a Social Security card.

BCI and TB Test

A tuberculosis (TB) test can be administered at your local urgent care facility. TB tests completed within the preceding year will be accepted. The Background (BCI) assessment can be performed at the Dayton Job Center, for which a fee will apply.

Uniform

Scrubs are required daily for class and may be any color, provided they are free of odors. Scrubs are provided for clinicals only. Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes with rubber soles.
